I hope so–I haven’t checked in with the developers in a while, but I’ll probably do that soon. Yeah, I loved making those icons. I was able to have a little more fun with them than the standard ones.

I laugh when people dig up old threads in forums years later – like it was just posted the other day. I feel like I’m just about to do that now

I agree with Ben, best thing I ever did in my career was to stop using dreamweaver. As soon as you step out of the comfort of WYSIWYG environments, your forced to learn and understand the code you write and create.

DW is one hefty turd – very powerful if used to its full potential, but for managing HTML/PHP pages its just a bloat.

I’d love to have a wordcamp up here. I am heading to NYC for the wordcamp in a couple weeks but a local one would be great.

I’m not sure how large it’d be, but it might be worth a shot. Maybe even just start a meetup.com group and see how much interest WordPress has in Buffalo/WNY from that. If that goes well then maybe a wordcamp.
